  • Sorrento Memorial Hall Annual Garage and Craft Sale: Saturday, March 13 from 9am to 1pm. 
    There will be a raffle and 50/50 draw for all participants.

  • Talking Rock Resort and Quaaout Lodge Job Fair - 2010 season. 
    Apply in person on Monday, March 15, 2010  from 9am to 2pm at Quaaout Lodge.


  • Grandparents Raising Grandchildren free workshop on March 10, 2010 from 1 to 4pm at the Salmon Arm Family Resource Centre.

  • Canoe Seniors Centre: Pancake Breakfast on March 20, 2010 from 8:30am to 11:00am.  7330 49 St NE.


  • Shuswap Needle Arts Guild 2-day beading workshop: ‘All Around the Circle’.  March 18-19, 2010 at Sunnybrae Seniors Centre from 9-4pm.  Call Sandra at 250-832-0972 for more information.


  • Kalamalka Rotary Club hosts Casablanca on March 11, 2010 at 6:30pm at the Vernon Performing Arts Centre to raise money for Shelter boxes for Haiti.  Admission is by donation at the door.


  • Blenz Coffee Open mic night every Monday from 7-10pm.  2706 30th Ave., Vernon.
