I have the privilege to be the Member of Parliament and the voice of the constituents in the Okanagan-Shuswap in Ottawa. Ottawa is a distance away, but I am not. We live in the best region of Canada and one might question, “What more could we ask for?” Well there are issues your government is working on to make all regions of Canada better. In the Okanagan-Shuswap we are experiencing growth that has put pressures on the highway infrastructure in the region. I am working on bringing forward more proof to the Minister of Transportation of our need to upgrade the Trans Canada Highway and also Highway 97 in our region.

Public Safety and the need to curb the drug trade and the violent crimes that are part of the drug culture are issues being addressed for Canadians by our government. As your MP I am committed to making our streets safe, our taxes lower and the opportunities for Canadians for education and employment greater.

I believe politicians are elected public servants meaning, I and my staff’s purpose is to serve you and your needs. Please help us to be your voice to the Government of Canada by keeping us informed of your needs.
